Car Park - Pitronnerie crossroads by traffic lights, heading down towards the church.  The spaces are numbered but not allocated.  Fill the spaces first, then fill the rest.

Children/young people - Wk1 all age; W2 + 4 out for whole Service; W3(+5) in for last 10 mins;  

Readers - Yes, if requested in advance

Leaders of Prayers - Yes, if requested in advance

Hymn/Song books - Songs of Fellowshp (1-5) and Singing the Faith. Data projection of words if requested in advance to the worship steward.  Registered with Songselect (online song resource).

Service books - Methodist Service books for communion.  Baptism and Entry into the Church.

Music Group - All services led by Music Group

Resources - Sound system to play CDs, hearing loop, flipchart, Data projector.  Internet Access. Ability to show online video clips if supplied in advance.  Powerpoint presentation slide size 16:9 please.

Refreshments - Every Sunday after morning service. Evenings 5.30 pm before worship and again afterwards.
